16 years old Nina Wagner wins the first Fegentri race of the World Championship series in 2010. Second became Mariska Bakker from the Netherlands, third Ruth Jefferson, Great Britain, fourth Liz Lalor, Ireland. Seven runners and the same number of nations participating made this race very interesting and exciting. All riders could enjoy the overwhelming Sicilian hospitality and their stay at the Eureka Palace, a 5star newly opened hotel at Ippodromo Del Mediterraneo, at the race course of Sicily. Dr. Concetto Mazarella, President of the racecourse welcomed the international riders and official guests Guiseppe Molteni, President of the Italian Amateur Club A.G.R.I. and Susanna Santesson, General Secretary of Fegentri.
